Refund policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Eligible: wrong item delivered, damaged/defective product, item significantly different from photos. Not eligible: fabric cut or stitched after delivery, item washed or worn, requests after 7 days.
How to return: WhatsApp +92 339 197 9040 within 7 days with photos of the item and issue. We arrange free pickup. Refund or exchange processed in 3-5 working days.
